The Farrell Gardens Apartments are professionally managed by Distinctive Property Management LLC, which provides 24 hour emergency service and a friendly and attentive management team. We encourage our residents to activate their Tenant Portal. This gives you the ability to make routine property related requests online. It also facilitates the secure scheduling, payment, and tracking of rent payments online.

We are pleased to provide a free, common laundry area for residents only. We encourage residents to be good neighbors when using these facilities, as with all of our common areas. We appreciate tenants who respect and take good care of their living space. We also appreciate referrals of those you believe will also make good neighbors.

Farrell Gardens is close to dining options like Chipotle, Five Guys, Subway and Starbucks. Shopping options include Shaw’s, Price Chopper. TJ Maxx, Home Goods and Walgreens.
